
What can I say about fettucini alfredo. Well for one, its saucy and delicious! Second its pasta, and third, well I guess one and two just sum it completely up. This dish was one of my favourites when I was younger and as I grew up the love for this dish came with me. Now these are the ingredients that you will need:
- 200g fettucini
- 50mL margarine
- 125mL whipping cream
- 125mL Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Ok so once you have all the ingredients, follow these directions:
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook fettuccine until al dente about 7-9 minutes, Drain.
- Meanwhile, in large skillet oven low- medium heat, melt butter.
- Add whipping cream and heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a bubble. Remove from heat.
- Stir in Parmesan.
- Add fettuccine to skillet and toss until well coated with sauce.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
